With Captain America Winter Soldier, hitting theaters today we kind of had to wonder, how much would it actually cost tax payers for America’s favorite Boy Scout super soldier. After all we know that Bruce Wayne is a billionaire, as is Tony Stark, and so is Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) which is how they pay for all their toys. But how much for a guy like Steve Rogers?Well wonder no more!
